Help us build the sourcing
layer for apparel production.
StitchGrid is a curated factory network plus the workflow to run apparel production from brief to first order. We're a small team in New York working with real brands and factories today. Every hire owns a real surface from day one, with competitive pay and meaningful equity.
Why here
What you'd be walking into.
Open roles
Three roles, open now.
We keep job descriptions short on purpose. Tell us what you've built and where you'd have the most impact. Titles are a starting point, not a box.
GTM Engineer
Turn a founder-led motion into a repeatable machine.
You sit where growth meets code. You'll build the systems that find brands and factories, get them into StitchGrid, and move them from first conversation to first production order. Part growth, part automation, part scrappy sales engineering.
- Build outbound, onboarding, and lifecycle systems end-to-end, not just decks about them
- Instrument the funnel and turn what you learn into product and copy changes
- Prototype the tools that let one person run the work of a whole GTM team
- You can code well enough to ship your own experiments
- You've done early-stage growth or sales engineering and liked the ambiguity
- You think in systems and hate doing the same thing twice by hand
Product Engineer
Own features from problem to production.
You'll build the workspace brands and factories live in: briefs, quotes, sampling, purchase orders, financing. Full-stack, high ownership, close to real users. We ship every day and talk to the people using what we make.
- Ship full-stack features across the marketing site, the brand and factory app, and the admin console
- Work directly with real production orders, not hypothetical ones
- Set the bar for craft: fast, well-designed, reliable software
- Strong with modern TypeScript and React, comfortable across the stack
- You care about product and design, not just the code
- You want ownership of whole surfaces, not tickets handed to you
Sourcing Agent
Run production programs and curate the factory network.
You're the human edge of StitchGrid. You'll vet factories, build shortlists, and run production orders from brief to shipment. You'll also define the playbooks and data that let us teach software to do more of this over time.
- Curate and vet apparel factories across our sourcing geographies
- Run live production programs end-to-end: samples, milestones, quality, freight
- Codify what you learn so the platform gets smarter with every order
- Deep apparel sourcing or production experience across multiple countries
- Organized and calm under the chaos of real supply chains
- Excited to work alongside software, not against it
