GTM Engineer
Turn a founder-led sales process into one that scales.
You work where growth meets code, building the systems that find brands and factories, bring them into StitchGrid, and carry them from a first conversation to a first production order. The role is part growth, part automation, and part hands-on sales engineering.
- Build outbound, onboarding, and lifecycle systems end to end
- Instrument the funnel and turn what you learn into product and copy changes
- Prototype tools that let one person do the work of a full GTM team
- You code well enough to ship your own experiments
- You have done early-stage growth or sales engineering and enjoyed the ambiguity
- You think in systems and never want to do the same task by hand twice
Product Engineer
Own features from problem to production.
You will build the workspace that brands and factories rely on, from briefs and quotes to sampling and purchase orders. The role is full-stack, high in ownership, and close to real users. We ship every day and talk often with the people using what we make.
- Ship full-stack features across the marketing site, the brand and factory app, and the admin console
- Work directly with live production orders
- Set the bar for craft with software that is fast, well designed, and reliable
- Strong in modern TypeScript and React, and comfortable across the stack
- You care about product and design as much as the code
- You want to own whole surfaces rather than work through a ticket queue
Sourcing Agent
Run production programs and curate the factory network.
You are the human side of StitchGrid. You will vet factories, build shortlists, and run production orders from brief to shipment, and you will write the playbooks that teach our software to take on more of this work over time.
- Curate and vet apparel factories across our sourcing regions
- Run live production programs end to end, including samples, milestones, quality, and freight
- Capture what you learn so the platform improves with every order
- Deep apparel sourcing or production experience across several countries
- Organized and calm amid the unpredictability of real supply chains
- Excited to work alongside software rather than against it
