For importers and private label

From a photo
to every bid.

StitchGrid turns a product photo into a factory-ready tech pack, sends it to all of your own suppliers at once, and puts every bid in one table.

Made for apparel importers, private-label manufacturers and retail soft goods teams in apparel and home textiles.

01Bidding

One request to every supplier you work with

Bring the supplier list you already keep and send a style to ten, twenty or fifty of them in a single step. Every answer lands in the same table, however it arrives.

  1. 01

    Import your supplier list

Paste it or upload a CSV. StitchGrid previews every row before saving anything, skips the suppliers you already have, and never overwrites their details.

  2. 02

Send one request to all of them

Pick a saved list or select the suppliers you want, up to fifty at a time. Each one receives the brief and your approved tech pack, with a link to quote that needs no account.

  3. 03

    Reminders that send themselves

A supplier who misses the deadline receives a reminder automatically. If they still have not answered, StitchGrid flags it to your team so a person decides what happens next.

  4. 04

Revised rounds with the change shown

Ask one supplier or all of them for a revised quote. Every round is kept, and the table shows how far each price moved since the last one.

  5. 05

Emailed quotes, approved in one place

Suppliers who reply by email can keep doing so. StitchGrid reads each quote and holds it on the request until someone on your team approves it.

  6. 06

Award it to a purchase order

When you choose the winning bid, the award becomes a purchase order priced from that supplier's quote.

Example bid table

Your factories stay yours

The suppliers you bring belong to your workspace alone. No other company on StitchGrid can see them, and no supplier ever sees another supplier's price or how many others were asked.

02Tech packs

A factory-ready tech pack from a single photo

Start from a photo of a sample, a product link, or a tech pack you already have. StitchGrid draws the flats and writes the spec, and your team reviews it before any supplier sees it.

  • Your team has the final word

The draft stops at the flats until a person confirms them, and every measurement, material and line of construction stays editable.

  • Every version is kept

Each approved version is dated and saved, so you can always tell which version a supplier quoted and which one they sewed.

  • Ready for the factory floor

Suppliers receive an .xlsx in the layout sourcing offices already use, or a link they can open without an account.

03Sample rounds

Measure the sample against the spec

When a sample arrives, enter its measurements on the sample page. StitchGrid checks every point against the tolerance in the tech pack it was made from and shows you which ones are out.

Example fit review

Example
Point of measureSpecSampleResult
Chest width21"21 1/4"Within
Body length28"29"Out by 1"
Sleeve length24 1/2"24 5/8"Within
Hem width20"19 1/4"Out by 3/4"
  1. 01

    Measure the sample

Enter each point of measure in inches or centimeters, fractions included, for every size in the round.

  2. 02

See what is out of tolerance

Every point outside its tolerance is marked with how far it missed, so the fit meeting starts from the facts.

  3. 03

    Send the revised spec

StitchGrid drafts the next version from the points that missed and your fit comments. Once you approve it, it goes to the sampling factory by email, and any comment you mark internal stays with your team.

04Supplier scorecards

A scorecard for every supplier

Each of your suppliers carries a scorecard built from the work you already do in StitchGrid. It shows how quickly they quote, how their prices move between rounds, how often a first sample is approved, and whether orders ship on time, with links to the bids, samples and orders behind every figure.

  • 01Quote speed
  • 02Price movement
  • 03First-round sample approval
  • 04On-time shipping

05Cost sheets and retail formats

The numbers you keep and the format retail asks for

01

A should-cost estimate with every style

Each tech pack carries an estimate of what the style should cost to make, the build-up behind it, and a suggested HTS code for someone on your team to confirm. It all stays internal, out of anything a supplier receives, and downloads as a costing workbook for your own files.

02

A retail vendor export

Export any tech pack in a retail vendor layout, measured in inches, with your vendor number, department and retailer style number on the cover.
