Prices are in US dollars. Draft, Develop and Produce are available month to month, or yearly paid upfront with two months free. Scale is an annual agreement from $3,000 a month, or $30,000 paid upfront, and it starts with a 60-day pilot for $5,000, credited toward your first year. Transaction-fee credits apply to signed annual agreements, not to yearly billing. Develop begins with a 14-day trial, and no card is needed to start it. Prices do not include sales tax.
Qualified sourcing
Sourcing opens up when the order is ready.
Share a real SKU with its quantity, target cost, delivery date, and budget. If it fits the categories our factories run, we can source it and manage it through delivery. Sourcing-only customers pay 10% on a first run and 6% on an approved reorder, Produce starts at 8% and 5%, and Network starts at 6% and 4%. Rates fall as your total annual volume across the network grows, whatever the size of each order.

Does StitchGrid source for everyone?+
No. Anyone can submit one production-ready SKU for review, and managed sourcing begins once we have qualified the product, category, specifications, budget, quantity, delivery date, and potential for repeat production.
What qualifies for managed sourcing?+
Usually a first order of $20K to $25K, or at least $75K in credible annual production, in a category our factories run, with a decision-maker in place and funds ready for samples, deposits, and production.
Can I source without a subscription?+
Yes, if the order qualifies. Sourcing-only customers pay 10% on a first run and 6% on an approved reorder, subject to minimum fees, while Produce customers and Network programs receive lower rates and transaction-fee credits.
How do rates decline?+
On Produce, first runs and approved reorders cost 8% and 5% while your annual volume across the network is under $100K, 6% and 4% from $100K to $500K, and 4% and 3% above $500K. Each band applies only to the volume inside it, so crossing a threshold never reprices earlier orders. Network customers with an annual commitment of $500K or more start at 6% and 4%, and pay 4% and 3% on volume after their first $500K has actually been transacted. The fee is shown before you award an order and invoiced when the order is placed.
What are the minimum transaction fees?+
For sourcing-only customers, the minimum is $2,000 on a first run and $1,000 on a reorder. On Produce and on Network programs, it is $1,500 and $750. Minimums reflect the fixed work of qualifying a factory and carrying an order through production.
Do orders with my existing factory carry a fee?+
Not when you use StitchGrid as software and manage the supplier yourself. When we actively manage the order, the fee is 2%, falling to 1% for straightforward approved reorders, with a $500 minimum.
What does the percentage apply to?+
The value of the goods from the factory, normally FOB or ex-works. Freight, duty, taxes, inspections, testing, insurance, and financing are excluded and priced or passed through separately.
Are product development services included?+
The software workflow is included. Hands-on production-readiness work, custom tech packs, complex development, sample costs, and shipping are scoped separately, and part of a development fee may be credited toward a qualifying first production order.
What comes with each style?+
Every style has its own tech pack: CAD flats, materials and trims, graded measurements with tolerances, construction, artwork and labels, and an .xlsx export. Plan limits count the styles in your workspace at any one time, so deleting a style makes room for the next.
What are AI credits?+
A single pool covers AI sketches, images, technical flats, tech pack generation, and chat. Evaluate includes 40 credits a month, Draft 100, Develop 200, and Produce 500, and Scale 1,000, or what your agreement sets. Credits renew on the 1st of each month. Unused credits, including ones you buy, do not carry over. You can top up from Settings at any time, from 250 credits for $75 to 2,500 for $625, which is $0.25 a credit, with a 3% fee on credit card payments and none on debit cards.
Do factories pay StitchGrid?+
No. Factories receive the price they quote, and our subscription and transaction fees are paid by the brand and shown separately.
