No subscription. No platform fee. No per-message charge. We earn a take rate on production orders we broker, invoiced at PO confirmation. If we don’t broker a deal, you don’t pay anything.
Rate card
Take rate is a percent of the production order, invoiced at PO confirmation. Sliding scale based on order size. Larger orders pay a lower rate.
Single-PO brokerage on first programs and short runs.
Mid-tier rate for established brands placing larger production orders.
Lowest rate for high-volume orders or multi-program annual contracts.
Tiers shown are typical bands. Final rate is confirmed in writing before a PO is placed. You’ll never be surprised at invoice time.
What’s included
We bundle sourcing and the workflow that runs the order. No separate line items, no per-revision fees, no subscription.
What’s not included
These costs flow directly between you and the factory or service provider. StitchGrid doesn’t mark them up.
Proto, fit, PP, and TOP samples are quoted by the factory directly and invoiced to you. StitchGrid takes no margin on samples.
You pay the factory directly for the order itself. StitchGrid’s take rate is on top of the production cost, not bundled into it.
Freight forwarder, customs broker, duty, MPF, HMF, and any FTA-related fees are billed directly to you by their respective providers.
If you use the (forthcoming) financing program, partner rates and fees are set by the lender. StitchGrid’s take rate doesn’t change.
For factories
Joining the network is free. We don’t take a margin from the factory side of orders. The FOB quote you give the brand is the FOB you receive. Our take rate is paid by the brand, on top of production cost.
No setup, no monthly, no per-job.
Brand pays our fee separately.
At PO confirmation. Once you've selected a factory, approved the quote, and signed the PO, we invoice the take rate. Payment terms are net-30.
Talk to us. For very large orders, multi-program annual contracts, or brands at the upper end of our sweet spot, we'll negotiate. The 10 / 7 / 5 percent bands are typical, not absolute.
If a deal doesn't close, you don't pay. The take rate is contingent on a signed PO. We carry the risk on sourcing and sample coordination work that doesn't convert.
No. Samples are quoted by the factory and invoiced directly to you. We don't mark them up.
In Phase 0, the brand pays the factory directly. StitchGrid only invoices the take rate separately. As we roll out escrow and financing, brand payments will route through the platform on milestones, with factories paid on confirmed milestones.
Effectively yes. Our network MOQs start around 300 to 500 units, and the take-rate math only really makes sense for POs over $20K. Below that, we can still match you but we may not be the best fit.
Once we make an introduction and a brand-factory relationship is established, you can re-order without going through us. We don't take a take rate on those. The take rate covers brokering, not ongoing supply.
No mystery pricing
Post a production job and see what comes back. No commitment until you sign a PO.
